Bad Store Policy This has to do with Best Buy Policy and not this specific store. In fact, I found all the employees to be very helpful. However, they could not help me with my problem. I wanted to use up a $20 coupon that was expiring soon. I did not not want to make a big purchase so I selected three items that amounted to about $15. Geek Squad Alternative – At one point or another we all need computer repair help and I am no different. I found myself in need at the worst possible moment. In the middle night, when everything is closed and the night before a report is due. I called Geek Squad online support for help and was charged for the $199 virus removal service. Computer Repair not up to par. Going into the store you're always greeted with smiling, friendly people. My family comes here often when we're looking to buy a new TV, when we were setting up our home theater system, whenever we need new gadgets. The service has always been fair, but everyone's always friendly.

service is lacking We shop at the Broadway Best Buy and getting someone to help you in appliances is tough. There just doesn't seem to be enough help for the customers that need it.

Never in stock The new Best Buy that has opened recently on Irvington (in the new shopping complex) has been a disappointment. We have tried to purchase a new TV twice in the past month and it is never in stock. Yes, it is the sale or promotion TV, but I am beginning to think this is a 'Bait and talk us into something else." Very disappointing when one is standing there with cash in hand and out of luck....again.Doubt we will be back. Many other places to shop....and they have inventory!

I love Best Buy Best Buy is a fun store. Filled with all the electronics you could want. The pricing is fair and they have good return polocies. They do get busy though so be prepared to wait for help if you need it.
