Geek Squad a total bust - went to get my phone screen fixed which I entered as my need when I made the appointment - showed up, took 20 minutes for them to say they couldn't fix it and I had to go to Apple. It would have been great had the been transparent about what they will and will not fix prior to my wasting my time and theirs.
This Best Buy has a great price variance, but the time I went here they had risen their prices for some TV flat wall mounts. The Wall mounts were good quality. Best Buy does have a large variety including tablets, TVs, Video Games and Phones. All of which I have bought at Best Buy some time or another. They are involved in delivery and installation of tv's. No showed for delivery, never got the promised call back till 5 hrs after scheduled time only to be told they wouldn't be out that day, would reschedule for two days later yet it still doesn't show up on the schedule and I can't get anyone to respond or reschedule for tomorrow nor can I cancel on line and no one from the store answers, everything is sent to foreign call ctn. (if I buy a new unit it can be scheduled for tomorrow ) The worst.
The geek squad crew rocks! They take extremely good care of clients, are timely and really care. The best part is, they actually have phone numbers that you can reach them at, unlike the rest of Best Buy that filters all of their phone calls to a call center where no one seems tounderstand English, and no matter what you ask they will not send you to anyone at the physical store. Geek squad is great. Best Buy is falling apart.
They are fabulous here, the yearly membership with free Greek squad time is great!
