Micah and the woman at Geek Squad were not helpful at all. They tried to charge me for the installation of a replacement screen protector, even though I have never had to pay anything beyond the initial installation fee. The Camelback location replaced it without any issue. They made me drive all the way there for nothing. I will not be coming back to this location.
Cancel !!!!!!! No longer have the computer
Tried to sell my wife a $1000 laptop. Instead of replacing a $40 battery. All Geek Squad had to do was open the old laptop and see that the battery needed replacing. Use AI and a good tutorial and fix it yourself.
Never really one to leave a bad review but I’m shocked. I came in Monday and wanted to get more information about how the process looked as I have never used Geek Squad before and had heard great things. Marc let me know they check the computer without charge for what’s going on and I go buy the part and bring it to them to replace and they charge based on the part replacement.
