Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and working perfectly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his work.

I explained to the geek squad worker that my MacBook was in perfect running condition and I clicked on a pop up spam accidentally. I explained what had happened on the computer screen and what I had done to prevent the situation from getting worse (disconnected internet, closed pages, etc.) but I was refused service.

Samsung phone had boot loop issue. Wanted to extract photos and other media. Explained it twice to two different people over the phone. Was told they "could try one or two things." Show up for appointment and again explained the issue to the tech. He hands the phone right back and says there's nothing he can do. Didn't try to plug it in or anything. Why tell me you may be able to help, let me make the appt, and make the drive to the store...only to be immediately turned away without even plugging it in?
