Samsung phone had boot loop issue. Wanted to extract photos and other media. Explained it twice to two different people over the phone. Was told they "could try one or two things." Show up for appointment and again explained the issue to the tech. He hands the phone right back and says there's nothing he can do. Didn't try to plug it in or anything. Why tell me you may be able to help, let me make the appt, and make the drive to the store...only to be immediately turned away without even plugging it in?

Already paid for an inspection for my samsung washer, than had a appointment scheduled to have it fixed, they say that the condition of the work space was not good, I made adjustments before scheduling another appointment, and before the technician even came out, he had already canceled the appointment without coming out to see the adjustments, very unsatisfied, 4 weeks without a washer waiting just for it to be canceled
