The GEEK SQUAD is tied to the BEST BUY number and their AI automated phone system is PATHETIC! I have an EXTENDED WARRANTY thru Best Buy and the AI connected me to SAMSUNG!
I've gone to this best buy a couple times since moving to Memphis. I've been helped twice by the same young lady (short with a septum piercing) then once by a young man named Kendric (I believe). Both of them were very professional and helpful. I was quoted 2-3 and got the call back same day. Top tier cx service and attitudes! 🤘🏾
