Had an amazing experience with Tyler. He was kind, polite and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything to me before taking any big moves. Nothing was done without my understanding and approval. Rare to find someone so professional and patient, especially in tech support. Could not have asked for a better experience. He's a solid asset to the team. Geek Squad, you've got a great one!

If you are a walk in you might as well forget it. I walked into the store at 10:10 and was pleased to see there was only 1 other customer in line in front of me who was being helped. There was unfortunately also only 1 person working behind the desk authorized to do anything helpful. Another employee asked me what was wrong and I explained the issue with my current phone. I haven't had any negative issues with the JC or Columbia MO geek squad reps. Even the store employees have been mostly kind and helpful. I had one issue with an online order. But the COMO store manager made it right. Items I have purchased. Include laptops, TVs, sound systems, gaming system, microwave and a few stands for items. The flat-screens always require install and the crew are always very informative, respectful and diligent in making sure we understand how to use the programming.

Save your money and go to a real computer repair place. Paid $100 for service which was not done. Lost my files. Ended up going to a computer repair service that was able to restore all lost files.
