I had an appointment for Tuesday and they decided to change it to Thursday. That was very inconvenient for me but their customer service did not care. Very poor service

Did an investigation report for ic3/fbi in a hacking case & complete wipe & reloaded windows. Did a good job & got the information we were seeking.
I went in with an appointment and waited for 30 min to drop my computer off. I waited a day for an update and didn’t receive one. When I went back the employee couldn’t find my computer and explained that I needed to make an appointment for them to work on it. It was confusing since I had already made an appointment and dropped it off for them to fix. He stated that a diagnosis is 100 dollars and to fix the issue it would be 150.
