Did an investigation report for ic3/fbi in a hacking case & complete wipe & reloaded windows. Did a good job & got the information we were seeking.
I went in with an appointment and waited for 30 min to drop my computer off. I waited a day for an update and didn’t receive one. When I went back the employee couldn’t find my computer and explained that I needed to make an appointment for them to work on it. It was confusing since I had already made an appointment and dropped it off for them to fix. He stated that a diagnosis is 100 dollars and to fix the issue it would be 150.
