5 stars aren’t enough! Tyler with Geek Squad was SO incredibly helpful and kind. Went above and beyond fixing all of my computer issues and walking me through what was wrong. Highly recommend this location and thank you again, Tyler!!
Absolutely terrible. The manager is rude and has zero consideration for anyone else’s time. Made two appointments with them through Applecare and both appointments they Would not complete and failed to notify me that they were going to do that. The first appointment was made for 430 and they said they would not do it because Apple support closes at 5 PM. I live in Oklahoma, in the Tuskahoma area, and this computer is for my 84-year-old grandmother. During a holiday visit and extended work stay, I initially brought her PC to Geek Squad on December 19, 2025 for service. When I was able to return on January 23, I was informed that the workmanship warranty had expired and that I would need to repurchase the service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Jordan G of the Covington, La Greek squad was awesome. Great Customer Service and he solved my husband’s IPhone 16 problem in a few seconds. We are super happy with his service!
