Geek Squad KY St. Matthews Damaged my windows XP & couldn't fix myself. G.S. was to try & fix or, failing that, pull off files from hard drive & do clean reinstall. Checked back in about 10 days, couldn't fix, authorized reinstall. a couple weeks later, still working, seemed like they were almsot done when I checked in person. Asked for call back from tech. Over priced! I took my daughter's 3 yr. old lap top to this Geek Squad. We waited in line for 35 minutes. She had the computer serviced by the Geek Squad in a different location only a year earlier, in which she spent $500 for addition of programs and services. Now the computer has crashed. We were told the hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. The only hard drive they had to fit the computer was much larger than the original one and would costs $135.00.
