PROBLEM CAME BACK. SO HE DELETED ALL MY STUFF AND ALSO FAILED TO REPAIR MY PROGRAMMING ISSUE LOL. wouldn't know of their technical expertise because the communication was so poor from them. I've received better from literal wild animals in terms of respecting my time and property. would be less irritated if they made any effort to contact me about the problems they found before making an irreversible decision that lost me a significant amount of data. This best buy as a whole treated me right, I was able to make informed purchases based off what the educated employees showed me. Definitely will be back for more computer and office equipment.

Kevin( apparently a new employee) helped me find what I was looking for initially. When I could not find exactly what I was looking for ,I was ready to go somewhere else. Kevin did not give up. He found it in another location in the store. Thank you, Kevin
