Disappointed
Purchased my hp laptop $1169 and the Total Membership for $179 in April 2025. Everything has been working great until the last windows update. Laptop boots up but the screen is black. Scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad and went there to have them service it. Dropped off 11/20/2025. Upon pick up 12/6/2025 the tech said everything was fixed, there were no viruses and i was good to go. Got it home and realized they never gave me back my power cord. I was told that it would take 2-3 hours to fix the broken camera lense on my phone and to make an appointment. I made the appointment for a certain time and that was when I arrived. Then when they called me up they said it would be 6 hours , which was not told to me when I walked in there the day before. The guy at the front argued with me and said it’s first come first serve, which makes no sense and is ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s first come first serve????
