I have used the Geek Squad service several times and always found them very helpful and informative. I am old and they don’t look down at me. Lynn Clements was especially helpful the last time I was in.
They send you to an obvious call center in the middle East, can't direct you any local repair, just a phone number to a non-local "You Break We Fix" junk company which just wants to sell you protection plans.
Took in my 2000 Porsche 911 to have an amplifier and touchscreen head unit installed as I had purchased products from BestBuy. Brought my car in for consultation in which representatives took 30seconds -1 minute to look at my car and quote me $800-$1000 + any other miscellaneous parts required for install. Knew this was absurd - took my car to another local audio place and had everything installed & tuned for under $300. Do not recommend!
