So, I went to Geek Squad because my iPhone was unavailable, and I was honestly a little stressed out. But when I got there, I saw Edgar and Oni, and they were both incredible. Edgar and Oni got right to work and helped me with everything I needed, they super skilled, and I honestly think they deserves more hours because I’d love to see them work even more. Both of them were so helpful and really made a difference. They definitely need a raise for how amazing they are at what they do. There a gem.
beware. I was able to get my money back on repairs. Repairs that didn't happen but charged for.
Went in earlier today said we wanted to buy two TVs no one came over to help we left came back at 5:15. I’m gonna say said we wanted to buy two TVs. They said they’d send someone over nobody was there. We grabbed the TVs we wanted went to the TV counter register there was a gentleman behind the register saying yeah they’re gonna send somebody over here to help you. We just would like to check out.
