I wish I could give a better review but Geek Squad is pretty bad at following simple instructions. I work 8 to 5:30 and had my new pc and old pc taken to Best Buy to have things done that I could do but would rather have them do so that I can just play on my PC when I get home rather than have to set it up. I put everything I wanted transferred to the new PC on the desktop and titled it "please move this to new PC."
