Call first to see if they have the part needed to repair your tech! Also, pricing on the Apple support website is not accurate. The website says $160ish for a back glass replacement and this place is trying to charge $200. I walked in, they said they had the part, then came back to say they actually didn’t have the part and they’d have to keep it for 3 days. Excuse me? I wish I could give a better review but Geek Squad is pretty bad at following simple instructions. I work 8 to 5:30 and had my new pc and old pc taken to Best Buy to have things done that I could do but would rather have them do so that I can just play on my PC when I get home rather than have to set it up. I put everything I wanted transferred to the new PC on the desktop and titled it "please move this to new PC."
