Well the Best Buy Geek Squad wouldn't help me at all! I bought my truck used and it came with a viper remote start already installed! Now, I had to reprogram my truck's computer and when it reset, it didn't relearn the remote start! I talked to a Viper expert and he told me it just needed reprogrammed by an Authorized Dealer. The only Authorized Dealers in this area is Best Buy in Fayetteville or Rogers, but they won't do it because I can't PROVE they were the ones that installed it 🤦🏻♂️(Because it was already installed w... read more
Great when you get an appointment, almost impossible to get an appointment
Went in to get a laptop fixed and Shawny helped us right away and then he hooked us up with Steven who knew everything about all the computers but he hooked us up with the perfect laptop that was right in our budget and did everything we needed. He got us checked and the whole process was so easy and took less than 10 minutes. They were both wonderful and we’ll definitely do business with them again soon
