Shawny was a hoot and a half. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, funny, and fixed my problem in no time! I also appreciated how he took his time out of his day to explain “the cloud” to a customer struggling with technological illiteracy. He drew concept maps for her with his own pen and paper. I appreciated his patience & optimism in doing so, as I personally avoid questions about “the cloud” from family members. I will be coming back for sure if I ever need help again.🦾
