I had to go in to find out what was wrong with my phone. My WiFi and data was not being recognized and so I couldn’t use my apps. They went and took a look and said that the hardware was not working and so I would have to pay $450 for a whole new product. I told them no and went and checked elsewhere and it was literally a one button fixed. Thank god I didn’t take their scam
I called Geek Squad to fix my computer at home. I made an appointment and the tech showed up right on time. Someone showed up saying he was there to fix our computer. He said he would have to take it back to the shop, and walked out the door with the computer. There is no paperwork on this and manager in the store said they do not have any worker by the name of Cory, which is the name of the technician who came to our house.
