So I’ve been trying to use geek squad for a while. My family pays for the Best Buy total plan. Meaning that we should be getting lots of help and be super happy, right? The rep was rude, said they did not have the screen to fix my phone despite the website saying they did and tried to blame Apple. He acted like did not want to do the work.
We’re not helpful at all
The geek squad team is useless they don’t solve any problems, they don’t even try to do it!
