If you need a data transfer done, go somewhere else. A bunch of random programs still exist on my desktop, but none of the pictures or anything on my C drive are there. It's a good thing I did a backup on my own accord...
Terrible service i paid them to put my ssd in they tried multiple ssd and still couldn’t get the ssd on the pc to work if you have a pc do not and I mean do not go to Best Buy for it
They got 2 because they were polite and nice. I brought my laptop, purchased at Best buy a couple years ago, due to system looping at startup. They looked at it and said I would need to get a new motherboard. Which would cost more than I paid for the laptop, 1300.00. So I brought it home and did some Google searching. Turns out it just needed the driver's and Windows 11 reloaded. So they either didn't know what to do or didn't want to do the work.
