Had an appointment set for a week for a repair, went in at my scheduled time to drop off my phone only to be told the appointment scheduled 30 minutes after mine was going to be started first so my 2 hour repair wouldn't be done until possibly tomorrow. Very disorganized, would not recommend.

Left hand doesn't work with the right. 1. Scheduled to have a sound bar. 2. Scheduled to have my A/V installed, only problem was seems nobody communicated that to the installers, 2 guys are sent to install the same sound bar that was installed the week before. 3. Finally get appointment for A/V instalation, only problem is dude calls in sick, no backup available, after receiving text when he will be here.
