Left hand doesn't work with the right. 1. Scheduled to have a sound bar. 2. Scheduled to have my A/V installed, only problem was seems nobody communicated that to the installers, 2 guys are sent to install the same sound bar that was installed the week before. 3. Finally get appointment for A/V instalation, only problem is dude calls in sick, no backup available, after receiving text when he will be here.
I made an appointment through AppleCare to bring my 16 pro with a broken camera lens cover in for repair. As the option for broken lens covers was not in their drop down menu, I selected “damaged back” and called ahead to confirm they could fix it. Awful. Poor Customer service. Staff treated me like an idiot. Made me wait two hours, while most of the team were not busy, some talking about each other. Pretty sad place, save your time go elsewhere.
