I went in for an appointment to have my iPhone serviced yesterday 3:20pm 5/11/25 and the guy at the front desk of Geek Squad asked about my issue. I was explaining how my battery isn’t holding a charge like it used to. In the middle of my explaining, his supervisor asks a question to an associate nearby and he jumps into their conversation as if I wasn’t in the middle of talking. Stayed on the phone for a total of 7 hours, got cut off 3 different times without a call back ...... TERRIBLE service and now my laptop has to go to the store to repair what was done by the "agents". Definitely, out of the country and would not trust again!
Paid $100 for them to tell me they fixed my PC. They did no diag, no repairs. Said they benchmarked it after reseating the AIO, but they failed to actually repair anything. When I asked to speak with the tech and get an explanation of exactly what they did, I was blown off. After 6 hours drive time, and a couple hundred dollars invested, I'm just going to have my bank charge back the fee. Geek Squad is a joke, stay far, far away.
