I am a Geek Squad Total Member I called them for help my OneNote application on Windows 11 Laptop. I got transferred 5 times and each time had to wait for the Agent to read my problem remarks. Then after waiting for each Agent to read my comments no one knew what to do and would transfer to another agent. I have been a member for well over 10 years, the repair service seems to be getting worse and worse I am sorry to say. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you Bill W.
Was on hold for 20 minutes nobody ever even answered so I hung up....20 minutes is a bit ridiculous just to set up an appointment to have setting fixed
One more one star rating. Horrid, nonexistent customer service. Manager was very helpful and saved his worthless employee. There is no way to call them, literally no way. Company policy.
Brought in laptop for slow running speed. $160 later and no explanation of what they did and the problem wasn’t solved. Awesome.
