I stood in line for half hr and watched them turn away anyone who didnt have an apple product. They wanted to charge me over $80 to send my HP laptop to a warehouse for 4-6 weeks. When all it needed was a new battery and some screws replaced. They said they couldnt guarantee it would be fixed.

Stood for an hour for one person to be waited on just to be told they couldn't do what the website says they can, the people here obviously don't know what they're doing, they lack time management skills, and general hygiene. The manager was just walking around not paying attention to anything.

Was lied to multiple times, can't call and speak to anyone. Customer service via chat will only disconnect or just simply not respond when you try to check the status. It was sent for repair, but returned to store multiple times because they chose not call me like I was told they would. Charged me for the repair. The employee lied to me stating the bad ram was replaced. When i asked for proof, he back tracked amd just blamed the service center. Never again! I paid an extra $40-50 for protection on a Lenovo tablet I purchased as a Christmas gift. The screen broke and I took it in for repair. I was told it had to be sent off to Lenovo for 2-3 weeks. So disappointing to tell my son, when he was hoping for an exchange or a couple of days repair, at worst. So boom, I get a text about a week later saying it was unrepairable and to come in to pick out another tablet. Was told going to be only a hour wait to get my charging port fix by the nerds. Been here 7.5 hours and counting. They don’t seem too competent
