Was lied to multiple times, can't call and speak to anyone. Customer service via chat will only disconnect or just simply not respond when you try to check the status. It was sent for repair, but returned to store multiple times because they chose not call me like I was told they would. Charged me for the repair. The employee lied to me stating the bad ram was replaced. When i asked for proof, he back tracked amd just blamed the service center. Never again! I paid an extra $40-50 for protection on a Lenovo tablet I purchased as a Christmas gift. The screen broke and I took it in for repair. I was told it had to be sent off to Lenovo for 2-3 weeks. So disappointing to tell my son, when he was hoping for an exchange or a couple of days repair, at worst. So boom, I get a text about a week later saying it was unrepairable and to come in to pick out another tablet. Was told going to be only a hour wait to get my charging port fix by the nerds. Been here 7.5 hours and counting. They don’t seem too competent
Can’t nobody tell you why you have AppleCare + if you are paying the best buy total membership. No body knows what I will be missing out on if I do not pay the $8.99 per month. All they can say is that it is a perc of having the Best Buy membership and continue to say I need to call to get information on what I need it for. Do I need it in addition with the Best Buy membership? If so I need to know what will it do that geek squad services will not do for me.
