Bait and switch. They quoted me $89 for a battery replacement over the phone, and when I showed up, they said they require all battery replacements to also buy a new screen, even though mine is in perfect shape since its a "known defect' that the screens often break during replacement.

Atrocious service. I scheduled an appointment to fix a single key on my MacBook keyboard and the service member said he could only take my information and send the computer to Apple. He then quoted me a cost of over $800 to fix one key. Meanwhile a simple search identified several reputable dealers of Apple keys online for a fraction of the of the cost. They barely spoke english and didnt understand basic computer concepts like the fact you cant recover data AFTER a factory reset or move data to a backup drive without the password. Password recovery on old devices is pretty basic as a service and not understanding bow to do that much less quoting me 250 and all this through a language barrier that makes me question if they are even hiring legal workers is insane

I am Highly disappointed. They did clean my fan. But, did not properly back any of my data, because they failed to format the external hard drive properly, before doing so. Don't waist your time and money on this service. They're junk. They completely rendered my games useless, and some how I have more memory filled then when I had before hand. I simply wanted to have them put my games onto a hard drive that they recommend to me, only to find out that they didn't put any games on the new hard drive, and now I have no games o... read more

Personal one on one with Geek Squad in Missoula has been favorable. Making the appointment and going in was doable and service was good. HOWEVER, the 800 number for Geek Squad gets you a call center in Asia, with possible unsavory scammers. Elderly neighbor had one go into her computer, tell her she had ransom ware, then told her people were filtering money out of her bank accounts.
