I am Highly disappointed. They did clean my fan. But, did not properly back any of my data, because they failed to format the external hard drive properly, before doing so. Don't waist your time and money on this service. They're junk. They completely rendered my games useless, and some how I have more memory filled then when I had before hand. Personal one on one with Geek Squad in Missoula has been favorable. Making the appointment and going in was doable and service was good. HOWEVER, the 800 number for Geek Squad gets you a call center in Asia, with possible unsavory scammers. Elderly neighbor had one go into her computer, tell her she had ransom ware, then told her people were filtering money out of her bank accounts. I brought my blind client in and his phone had went haywire. The stuff he uses on a daily basis wasn't working. ANGUS, one of the guys there was so nice and helpful!! We appreciate you!!
Best Buy support is the worst.
