I received exceptional service from Raf Coplin yesterday at Bismarck Best Buy Geek Squad! He was very accommodating, very professional and made it an excellent experience for an old man! And he knew who Mr. Rogers was! Thank you, Raf!!
Have now been waiting for 5 weeks for a product to be fixed. It's looking like I will be waiting at least another week.
Person who answered clearly could not understand what i was asking here and then tried to give me trouble about speaking to someone else because I am partially deaf and could not understand her would not even attempt again as a last resort.
