I went to geek squad for a virus removal they wiped all my data off the computer did not back it up before hand. They also didn't offer me or addon the anti-virus software back onto my computer so I went to Worth It Repairs/iCare they took care of me 100%.
Very poor customer service from geek squad today about resynch of two Google devices
Terrible customer service needed to get a phone screen replaced said I would have to set up an appointment to sit down with them to see if they were able to replace the screen on a phone I got two weeks ago when there was no one else there and we’re not busy at all.
They dont know how to ask for the next person in line not a good place to go.. ill never go here again.
Brought my computer in and they had it for five days, I spent $180 for diagnostic testing and what they would need to do to fix it should be covered but they couldn’t even tell me why my computer was running so slow. Waste of $180. Had me come and pick it up and told me I should buy a new computer. I’m sure they do think I should spend more money. Will not use this service ever again.
