Brought my computer in and they had it for five days, I spent $180 for diagnostic testing and what they would need to do to fix it should be covered but they couldn’t even tell me why my computer was running so slow. Waste of $180. Had me come and pick it up and told me I should buy a new computer. I’m sure they do think I should spend more money. Will not use this service ever again.

I stopped in this week to see if they'd repair an iphone. He was a jerk right off the bat. No idea why they treated me like that. I was really wasting his time.

I turn my pc in to get it repaired because I bought it there and I was hoping that they had knowledge of the products they sell but sadly I was charged 180$ for nothing. They could not fix it and wanted us to spend another 80$ to send it somewhere else and I waited for an hour and nobody wouldn’t acknowledge me and I tried calling them but it goes to voicemail instead during business hours. Terrible customer experience we will never go to geek squad again.

I was having troubles with my iPhone, specifically iCloud settings, apps not working, and software not updating. Michael spent multiple hours with me over the course of two days and helped me troubleshoot these issues. We eventually figured it out and it was a solution that I definitely would not have found without all the help. Also was not charged for this assistance which made it even better!

McKeon at the Geek Squad was an example of good customer service. He was patient and listened while I went on about the problem with the phone. He gave an estimate of the wait time and when it took a little longer kept me informed. Super nice young man.
