Bought the plus membership to fix crashing issues on a rebuilt PC.. it was worth it because my issue ended up requiring me to return- free of charge the second and third time
False charges to my account. Removed as fraud and reapplied after geek squad confirmed I do not have a contract with them. I will be closing my Best Buy account and all city bank accounts because they do not protect customers. I will never buy or use their services again (Best Buy, geek squad and city bank)
I went to geek squad to have my ipad screen replaced. I had an appoint with them and told them the problem while making the appointment. But when I arrived they didn't even touch my ipad and told my to go to an apple store. There is no apple store in the state of ND. For a place that is suppose to be able to repair, let alone the ones they sell to you, your device. they seem to lack the effort in even trying to do so. Don't go here to repair you broken screens.
