Since 1960 Gee Kay Auto Rebuilders has been a providing complete collision work in Chicago. We are a Unibody specialist and work on both foreign & domestic vehicles. Our facility has a factory downdraft paint booth, that can accommodate your personal or commercial fleet. We specialize in heavy collision work. Gee Kay Auto Rebuilders also does complete theft recovery repairs. We accept most insurance and offer convenient hours. We are located conveniently on Central and 55th with plenty of parking.

I was the victim of a hit and run, and although there was a tremendous amount of damage my insurance company refused to "total" the car, because it was only a few months old. I brought it to Gee-Kay, and it took a day to assess all of the damage and figure out how long it would take to fix it and how much the cost would be. After their estimate, my own insurance company tried screwing me by telling me that the car "didn't need" certain work, or that there were "other ways" (in other words, cheaper for them) to fix the work. ... read more

Great shop. My 3 month old car was near totaled from a drunk driver rear ending it while it was parked, pushing it into the car that was parked in front of me. Despite the significant front and rear damage, when I picked it up from Gee-Kay, it looked looked like new.
Great shop. My 3 month old car was near totaled from a drunk driver rear ending it while it was parked, pushing it into the car that was parked in front of me. Despite the significant front and rear damage, when I picked it up from Gee-Kay, it looked looked like new.
My truck was there for more than a month and when I got it back all the electrical to the seat and door was not working. The seat kept getting stuck and the buttons on the door where not working.
