From the time I called service has been impeccable! Lachlan was great to work with and very knowledgeable, he explained everything up front to us, and answered all of our questions. Kevin and his team got right to work when they arrived to replace the system. They were very professional! They were polite, clean and keep the area they worked in picked up and tidy! I will be recommending GEE Heating and Air to everyone I know.
The crew that came out was fantastic, interacted professionally & helped us to understand the process. Delightful young men & really appreciated getting it done in one day! After dealing with 3 or 4 other HVAC companies that I did not like, I called Gee Heating and Air. From start to finish I was very happy with their business. Their receptionist answered the phone right away, no annoying automation. She was friendly, informative, and efficient. She set me up for my spring A/C tune up. Denis was my service tech. We were impressed with Gee Heating & Air from the minute we first contacted them. Their courtesy & genuine concern in trying to assist us really stood out. Not only did they notify us when the technician was on his way they even sent us his photo which is very unusual but much appreciated, & not surprisingly, technician Dennis Walton on arrival was very polite, very professional & even very patient when my 9 yr old grandson who is a serious AC fanatic, & stayed on his heel.
