Kerri and AJ came out today to work on my mini split that was having an issue. Come to find out the operator, which is me was the issue. They explained the remote thoroughly, of which I was using incorrectly, thus the issue. They both were very professional and super nice and polite. I have been using this company for many many years and have never had an issue with any of the technicians or office staff. I highly recommend this company. They are amazing.
