had a leather recliner that had a frame problem and had become unlevel. these folks said they could fix it . no problem. when I got it back the left leg fell off the front of the chair. I examined what they had done... They had cut a piece of plywood and put it on the leg in order to level the chair back up. the hole they drilled in the base where the leg goes is too big and the leg falls off if you try to move the chair. DO NOT CARRY YOUR RECLINER TO THEM. THEY WONT FIX IT. THEY WILL DESTROY IT.
Wanted a table (top only) to be refinished. It matched another table. Around the time it was due to be returned, I received a phone call stating that the whole table had been stripped by accident. A drawer from other table was needed to insure color match. When delivered the table did not have the same finish and was wrong color. We gave them another chance by allowing BOTH tables to be taken to insure color/finish matching.
