Has my friend's car. Took an $800 deposit in December. Car was supposed to be done in January. Has her car locked up inside, with her keys, plates, personal items, etc. Won't answer the door, won't return her calls. She needs her plates, registration and other items, and this little man won't return them to a hardworking, single mother. Ridiculous.
