One of the funnest boxes I’ve been to in a long time. Very welcoming and talkative crew. Chase, Pete, & Thomas were first to say hi, introduce themselves and make me feel at home. Owners Steph and Larry were amazing, not to mention from the NoLa area too. Thanks for having me. 10/10 definitely worth the visit and would visit again!!
Coach Stephanie does such a great job with Delaynie. I've seen such an improvement in her fitness.
Great gym! Dropped in around the holidays. Owners are great and make you feel right at home. Members are welcoming and they’re a great option for your box away from home.
I don’t even know how to write this review or to quantify how great this place is. As someone who is somewhat new to the gym life I was beyond nervous, Steph and Van have created a place that is so accepting and meets you where you are. They teach the basics and have you craving more joining this gym was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. If you are thinking about a gym in Williamsburg this needs to be at the top of your list!!!
