This company replaced my roof, but less than a year later, during heavy rain, water began leaking through two different areas. I contacted the company twice while the roof was still under warranty, and each time I was told that someone would call me back to schedule an inspection. Unfortunately, I never received a call. I followed up by email and even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the company still failed to honor its warranty or repair the roof.
