Highly recommend this team for generator maintenance! They came out for our annual service, and the technician was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. They handled the oil and filter changes, tested the battery, and checked the automatic transfer switch to make sure everything functions flawlessly. This was a repeat visit with Tristan the Technician that attended for our Annual Maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and respectful and takes the time to explain the process and assist with helpful potential troubleshooting if ever required. Once again the customer service was excellent and it was a positive experience.
We highly recommend Geco for generator support and sales. We are a small charity that is completely off-grid and relies on a 22-year-old Kohler backup generator to power our solar batteries. Geco has worked miracles in keeping the generator running and in good shape. Their service and support are excellent. Since things always seem to go wrong on a weekend, their 24/7 support agreement has saved the day on many occasions.

I was a long time connecting with GECO, I didn’t realize they covered our area. I had had promises from local businesses over six months. I called Geco and was immediately Impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the lady that answered the phone. They arrived within four days, and found the problem, repaired it in reasonable time. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The invoice charge was very fair.
