Design of the lodge is fantastic. Looks good from the outside.Rooms upstairs have all I needed and well presented .Xia the host is interesting and makes a stay enjoyable. Will return next trip

We stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely lovely—truly one of a kind. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but we have never received this level of respect and warm treatment anywhere else. Sha is incredibly kind and caring, and pays attention to every little detail. Even small things like changing the pillow to suit our comfort were taken care of without us asking. The owner is very rude - with one of the biggest cyclone (Narelle) hitting Western Australia causing a lot of disruption (I had to cancel my holiday as further up in Exmouth all road were closed) they offer not refund / voucher . nothing telling it's my problem. One of the worst customer experiences in recent memory for me. I hope the owners on their next vacation experience some disruptions to understand what such awful customer experience means
