Free estimate was done by very experienced tech, who gave on-site estimates for repair and new door options. Competitor sent an inexperienced sales-tech with a complex set of ideas & no pricing until I would have to spend "about an hour" on a 3-way call with their office. Gecko ordered our new door & it came in about 1-2 weeks faster than quoted. On install day, old door was removed & new door finished & aligned in about 3.5 hours.
