As someone who deals with numerous rental properties, Gecko provides a fantastic mow service that looks professional. I also receive far fewer tenant complaints compared to other properties.
Front lawn is great, don't know why they don't trim along the fence line, and in back of the shed, and I have tufts of grass thru put the lawn, don't know why they are missing it, come on, kiddos do your job!
They do a fine job most of the time with my apt lawn, the only complaint I got is how early they start mowing. Usually 8am, this seems way to early. I am a night worker so they always wake me up at 8 or 9 am on Mondays. Come after lunch. Do businesses where you won't wake anybody in the mornings, then do residential after lunch! Just an idea
