We had a wonderful overall experience with Henry & the Gecko Builds team renovating our 100+ year old Brownstone apartment unit in Brooklyn; his team overhauled our Kitchen, Bathroom (full gut reno including replacing original plumbing) & additionally converted a closet into a new Laundry room which required closing off existing walls & building new doorway. Henry and team are incredibly professional and attentive to detail. Very glad we went with them - it’s been just over a year since the renovation was completed and there has been no issues! We had an issue due to a different contractor and Henry was very helpful in working with us to reschedule, rescope to address the problem caused by someone else. He definitely went above and beyond. Scope: bathroom, closet, bedroom remodelling, metal work to build glass enclosure for study

Henry and his team did some work on our ground floor and finished our basement. We could not recommend Gecko Builds highly enough. Henry is amazing. Everything you are looking for in a general contractor. Took time to go over all the details and clarify things before the job. Super communicative at every step of the way.
