If you need a local handyman in Holiday Island/Eureka Springs area, Glen is your man! He's very knowledgeable and explains what the problem is and what he's going to do to fix it. This is the 2nd time using his service. The first time was an emergency to fix a hole in the floor while other contractors were still laying the floor. He was kind enough to fix it ASAP and saved me alot of stress. I like Glenn, he is a very nice man, he does good work for a reasonable price and when he says he will be at your place he is, I won't like for anyone else, if I need something fixed I will be getting in touch with Glenn...thankyou Glenn
Glenn did a fantastic job on our outside decking replacement! Communication was excellent and he always showed up to work when he said he would. A BIG 5 stars for that alone! He also ran into some issues when tearing out the original wood, which caused him to spend some extra time on the project. I offered to pay a little extra for his troubles, but he insisted on sticking to the original quote. To sum it up, I would highly recommend him for any repair or new installation.
Let me start by saying that our project was a whole house remodel. Including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, tile flooring throughout the house, rebuilt back deck, changing out some doors (exterior), opening up walls adding light fixtures that were not previously wired, all new ceiling fans, and I'm sure I am missing other things he did. We had ideas of what we wanted, but Glenn came up with some great ideas, the best one being to take down half of a wall which opened up the kitchen into the living area.
