Worst real estate ever for rental property. House was filthy, rat infested yard, constant problems with water and then were given a bad reference when applying for other properties because we asked for things to be fixed. Had to get CBS involved so many times. Agent entered the property without consent or any notice. Avoid this agency for anything! Would give negative rating if I could

A great team!
We had a Commercial rental managed by Sharyn and as we were based in Adelaide she took care of just about everything for us. The tenants were often difficult and she sorted things out in a professional manner and gave us good advice as required. She was very reliable with communicating things to us and a lovely lady to deal with. I highly recommend her and her team. Once the tenants left we decided to sell the property.
