They only tightened the lug nuts on 3 of my wheels after replacing my tires.

I'm extremely thankful they stayed past close to get my tires replaced and me on the road again, but they didn't tighten the lug nuts at all on one of my wheels, well not more than twisting them on with their fingers, so 2 stars since I heard it and was able to fix it myself, and I'm still alive after getting on the interstate after leaving here...

Clean, well organized and they treat you well. You have to figure out there's no service task and you actually drive right into their spotless bay, I'm sure you pay extra for all this nice service, but at least you're getting something for your money.

Exceptional BMW Service! I brought my M5 Competition in for maintenance and an alignment, and the experience was fantastic. Mustafa was highly professional, the service & tech were efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I was kept informed throughout the process. My car was returned in immaculate condition—cleaned and looking great. I highly recommend their outstanding service!
