They only tightened the lug nuts beyond hand tightening on 3 of my wheels after replacing my tires. Noticed after jumping on the highway, so thanks for keeping me safe...

TL;DR: Service center will attempt to avoid doing any warranty work outside routine maintenance, will blame the customer while not being able to reproduce issues due to lack of understanding their own products’ features, and will do anything just to push you out. I just went in with a question or two about oil/maintenance on my X3. I got the info that I wanted as well as mentioning that a brake flush is due pretty soon.

I'm extremely thankful they stayed past close to get my tires replaced and me on the road again, but they didn't tighten the lug nuts at all on one of my wheels, well not more than twisting them on with their fingers, so 2 stars since I heard it and was able to fix it myself, and I'm still alive after getting on the interstate after leaving here...
