I just went in with a question or two about oil/maintenance on my X3. I got the info that I wanted as well as mentioning that a brake flush is due pretty soon.
They only tightened the lug nuts on 3 of my wheels after replacing my tires.
I'm extremely thankful they stayed past close to get my tires replaced and me on the road again, but they didn't tighten the lug nuts at all on one of my wheels, well not more than twisting them on with their fingers, so 2 stars since I heard it and was able to fix it myself, and I'm still alive after getting on the interstate after leaving here...
More details to come after getting my car, they can definitely salvage the review but I doubt they will.
Clean, well organized and they treat you well. You have to figure out there's no service task and you actually drive right into their spotless bay, I'm sure you pay extra for all this nice service, but at least you're getting something for your money.
