I haven’t had a good experience the past few times I’ve had my car serviced at Gebhardt. After needing to bring my vehicle for a recall, I debated heading to either the Loveland or Denver dealership. However, my fortunes might have turned with my most recent experience. Geoff, service advisor, had a pleasant demeanor over the phone and was extremely accommodating. Great service center. Fast, friendly, communicates well. Had an awesome experience working with Geoff McCormack. He got my car fixed up fast and for LESS than I was expecting. I have not experienced that before anywhere else. Thanks Geoff and Gebhardt!
Service here is not a good quality. Very disappointed.
They only tightened the lug nuts beyond hand tightening on 3 of my wheels after replacing my tires. Noticed after jumping on the highway, so thanks for keeping me safe...
TL;DR: Service center will attempt to avoid doing any warranty work outside routine maintenance, will blame the customer while not being able to reproduce issues due to lack of understanding their own products’ features, and will do anything just to push you out. They have never been trustworthy or confidence inspiring at any service appointments. For 3.5 years, my X3 M40i has leaked a grease/wax from the hatch lid.
