I love coming here! Everyone there is awesome! they welcome you and don’t make you feel awkward. I take Dennis group class and he is great! they help you if you are doing it wrong. They don’t judge you they help you get better!
I enjoy coming here. Beau and Kristen ( the business owners ) always challenge me they're very intuitive of how much you can really handle without going over. Establishment is always kept clean. Pumping out some great Tunes to get you through the workout. Also carries all the popular drinks to keep you from getting dehydrated. They pride there business and their clients to be successful. Very motivating
