So I rented a unit for 2 years. When I left I emptied out the unit and left nothing. I then called to cancel my unit with them. The first thing I was told was there was no prorated refund for the time left on my month. I had just missed the end of last month by like 3 days. Oh well. I then received an email that they were not going to refund the deposit. So they kept both. That I have a problem with. I will never do business with them again.
