My experience was horrible. I gave them my debit card to keep on file. They were very goof about using it every month. My debit card was hacked so I had to call them and give them my new one. They failed to use it for like 6 months. I received a message that I was behind and I paid those months plus a late fee for each month, which I didn’t think I should pay because they were authorized to use my card. So I rented a unit for 2 years. When I left I emptied out the unit and left nothing. I then called to cancel my unit with them. The first thing I was told was there was no prorated refund for the time left on my month. I had just missed the end of last month by like 3 days. Oh well. I then received an email that they were not going to refund the deposit. So they kept both. That I have a problem with. I will never do business with them again.
