I made repeated attempts to notify and reach out to Geaux Paddle for a refund due to extenuating circumstances involving medical issues for which I received physical therapy. I do not have all the emails I sent them since 2022. I do have the receipt email they sent me when the reservation was made. In 2022, I postponed my tandem kayak trip and was told the reservation was good and would not expire. I am not physically able now to use the reservation and have asked for a full refund.
