The company gave me the most raggedy boat on the dock. Asked to get a different one equivalent to what was reserved they advised it was out of order. They resolved with a smaller slower boat. Came back and the boat that was said to be out of order was out for rental. Bottom line the company played with my intelligence maybe because I’m a women of color. My family booked for my sister birthday party and it was a great time
We booked a boat and accessories for an upcoming weekend. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the rental. Even though the company policy states that they don’t refund money—- they gave us a full refund. They even thanked my husband for his service (he’s a veteran). This company is easy to work with, professional and quick to follow-up. This is a rare find these days. 5 stars!
