On my third cleaning, no one showed up even though I received reminders of my appointment 3 and 1 day beforehand via text and email. She says I just "popped up on their schedule" the morning of "so there must be a glitch in their scheduling system." She offered to reschedule me but I don't have the time or desire to deal with this. The Company stands behind their work. We had Miranda as the cleaning technician and she was outstanding and takes great care of the customer and did a great job cleaning.
Miranda H. was very polite and professional. She did a thorough job of cleaning and tidying. I will certainly use this cleaning service again.
