Geaux is such a nice Crossfit! Coach Jeb, Haley, Christian, and Amber have all been super encouraging and informative during classes. From my first class, other members introduced themselves and made me feel welcomed. The new facility is so spacious, clean, and has everything you could need or want, including a coffee bar and chandelier. If you're thinking about dropping in to try Geaux CF out, you won't regret it.
