I started with Geaux CF in April of 2010. I was the 3rd member to ever sign up right after the doors opened. To see what Geaux has become from the original small spot we were in to what it is now is incredible. Amber has done an incredible job with Geaux and turned it into something really special. The coaching staff is one of the best collective groups of coaches i have ever been around in my 30 plus years of being in the exercise/fitness/lifting world. Geaux is such a great community of people! It does not matter where your fitness level is the coaches and the members are so encouraging! Everyone wants everyone to meet their goal! I highly reccommend Geaux Crossfit!!
This is way more than just a gym. It’s a community of love and acceptance. Whether I’m having a great day or one of my worst days I show up. When I leave I feel renewed. Great coaches & great atmosphere. The workouts are designed to meet you whatever your fitness level is. Geaux Crossfit is a great place to start your fitness journey and get the body moving. If you looking for nutrition assistance they have it. Coaches are very knowledgeable.
Dropped in at Geaux Crossfit, and it was definitely worth it!! Everyone was so welcoming and the coaching was top notch! Coach Christian was very attentive to each athlete! If you're ever in BR area give them a Geaux!
