Been there for just about a month now and it has been very enjoyable. The coaching, owner, and people have all been great. The laid back get your work done environment is nice also.
This is the best gym around. The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The community is so welcoming and supportive. You definitely have to check out Geaux Athletic Club and I promise you will LOVE it!

I honestly really love this place. I’ve tried different gyms and workout styles over the years, but nothing has ever felt quite like this place. When I first joined, I was a bit nervous and unsure if I’d keep up, but from day one the coaches made a real effort to help me.
