I had a great drop-in at 8:30a class with Coach Haley. The people in class were friendly and coaching/class flow was great. I had the opportunity to lift with Amber, the owner, and she was super welcoming as well! Definitely will drop-in again if we’re in BR.
New to town and gave this place a shot! I love CrossFit and especially when there’s a clean one — not a rusty, dirty feel! So far the people are great and I look forward to see how I can grow at a great place.
Everyone here has been welcoming, warm, and truly dedicated to fitness. Whether you’re brand new or coming back after a long break, you’ll find a real sense of community here. I’m so glad I took the leap and signed up a month ago - I’m already noticing changes in both my fitness and physique, and I’m grateful to the GCF team for guiding me along the way.
