Finally I found a dealership who delivers their promise. I travelled 1 1/2 hours to this dealership as the dealerships in New Orleans failed to provide a good service and blatantly lied to me. Enough of the negative. It was a blessing in disguise. The Manager (big bean) made sure I was kept up to date on progress of my repair. They gave me a loaner car as well. I had recalls on my 2022 2500, which they promptly took me in. They were able to complete two recalls but not the third. Not long after I left, my check engine light came on. I called and explained to the young lady, they just finished the recall repairs and she says bing and they probably won’t charge to check it out. I was finally able to bring my truck back, but they wanted to charge me $170 to diagnose. Not, ok, maybe we did something to make that happen, we can check it out. It was 170 if they didn’t cause it. After seeing the gm's moral compass and lack of loyalty hiring employees from other businesses and being shady about it because they needed that employee bad then another one of these locations burning down a few weeks later and with the new influx of employees from that business they let go of the person that they hired previously because they didn't need them no more shows no moral compass and no loyalty you stole an employee from another business and then let that employee go because something better came along I would bu... read more
