Finally I found a dealership who delivers their promise. I travelled 1 1/2 hours to this dealership as the dealerships in New Orleans failed to provide a good service and blatantly lied to me. Enough of the negative. It was a blessing in disguise. The Manager (big bean) made sure I was kept up to date on progress of my repair. They gave me a loaner car as well. I had recalls on my 2022 2500, which they promptly took me in. They were able to complete two recalls but not the third. Not long after I left, my check engine light came on. I called and explained to the young lady, they just finished the recall repairs and she says bing and they probably won’t charge to check it out. I was finally able to bring my truck back, but they wanted to charge me $170 to diagnose. Not, ok, maybe we did something to make that happen, we can check it out. It was 170 if they didn’t cause it.
