The biggest thing you realize about Chris is that he works on your home like he is the one who has to live in it and with it. He will listen to your vision, but will tell you how to save money or improve. He is meticulous in preparation, measurement, planning, and scheduling, and that makes a big difference. We were happy with the overall work, but his Hvac person is incompetent- we had multiple problems with the AC drain not being installed correctly. It ended up ruining a ceiling in our room. We tried to call and have the issue corrected, but were told we were past the warranty, even though we spoke in the winter while still within the warranty, and alerted Chris to leaking issue, which was never fixed. Had to replace a bathroom because the floor leaked into the kitchen. Added an upstairs laundry. The new bathroom is great even though it took three tries to get the store to send good parts. My wife loves not having to go to the basement to do laundry! They overcame a couple of unforseeable problems and did a fine job!
