I purchased a watch many years ago at this store. Unfortunately the brand no longer has a service center in Beverly Hills so I was advised to take the watch to Geary’s (on Rodeo) who have an on site repair person . In the past at the service center I could have the watch back in a matter of hours at most and they always went above and beyond.
