I think it’s funny that people are giving bad reviews cause they can’t sell to you. I called to try and get a motor knowing they couldn’t sell to me either but they pointed me in the right direction. Likely because I didn’t throw a tantrum like a child. Super helpful and wanted to say thank you and try and offset the dumb ones leaving bad reviews over something that clearly says on your website. That’s like going to the Sysco warehouse and trying to buy a hoagie then throwing a fit when they legally/ethically can’t.
Great place. My go to place. All the staff is cool to work with. Great people. Especially branch manager, Justin. Every time I go in, Justin always goes out of his way to greet me and make sure I'm being taken care of. I try to get every HVAC parts and equipment there.
Will not sell you parts. Do not care if your family is cold without heat. Had the part I needed but would not sell it to me since I am not with a big HVAC company. No such notice anywhere of such a thing.

With the understanding that Geary is an industrial supply house intended to sell to contractors, I sent my son to investigate mini split line-set covers. Big box stores don't carry them and because we are improvising a solution, we wanted to see the covers in person rather than order online. We were looking at about $200 worth of covers.
