Took my mom in there and they got her in there very quickly and all the staff was very kind and had good vibes.
We went there to have our mom checked. The front desk lady was not happy, seems like she’s ready to get home at 7:15pm. Your job as a front desk is very important. If you are giving people such attitude then dont do this job. You are being paid for customer service and you are not doing your job, just quit find a Karen job instead. They are doing a better job over there now. It really depends on who is working that day. I just wish that they were taking better care of their waiting room. The carpet is so trashed, that you could fear the possibility that you might get sick just hanging out in there. I never see anyone disinfecting the surfaces. On the positive side, you will be seen in about 2 hours. Which is better than going to the ER.
Doctors are very rude and just want to write you a perception and just send you on your way
I wish it was better but my parents went in (mom was having trouble hearing and both ears had to be cleaned) and when my dad calmly tried to explain to the nurse that my mom couldn't understand her, she rudely told him to go sit in the lobby and cursed at him when she said it. He had done nothing to deserve that treatment. Idk what was bothering her but taking it out on my dad was completely unnecessary.
