The staff at Gears Garage is amazing! Alyssa upfront is extremely personable, it’s easy to make an appointment there, and I am 100% satisfied with my experience thus far. I already set up a repeat appointment, looking forward to having some modifications done to my new Jeep, and I’m really impressed with the team at this Garage. Great experience. Worked with me when I mistakenly double booked myself with appointments and said to come in right after my 1st appt. Listened to the issues i explained and took great notes. The day of appointment they took me right in as soon as I got there and I was done within an hour. They explained what the issue was and it was due to my driver rear tire being out of alignment. My first time with this guys and I have to say they are awesome!! I went in for tire replacement, balance and alignment. I have to say I have tried many many places and suck bad experiences. I wish I knew about gears garage right when I bought my jeep. The entire process was a breeze and amazing customer services! I recommend 100% thank you gear garage for the experience. 🥰
